Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Trying to file a claim through asurion

I just got my son a tablet on the 5th he accidentally dropped it off his bed and now the screen below the glass it's self is broken and can not see the screen at all I have filed a claim through asurion and even sent in the documents they would need of me told through email I'd hear back within 3 hours and now it's been 5 hours and still nothing I have been trying to start a claim since last night when this actually happened I've tried calling and nothing they want to send a security pin to my device which isn't possible since I can't see it and because I can't input it when I call I get hung up on I need to get this fixed asap HELP!
