What good is paying for "same-day replacement" when you can not get the company to do it?? I filed a claim for my lost or stolen phone and they want me to upload a valid ID only when my s22 ultra got snatched so did my ID because it was in the case at the time, I was super lucky I had taken out my money just hours before (I thought till now) And I will be waiting to get a new id for 6-8 weeks while my birth certificate is being sent to me. I didn't call the cops because I have no proof of someone taking it and I honestly don't know for a fact that they did I just know I don't have it anymore and My id was in it!! So what a joke paying the $17 for protection and the same-day replacement because obviously, that isn't going to happen because they said Fraud is a big problem we have to make sure we are not defrauded as a company. Ya well, saying that you're going to replace my phone the same day as it is lost or stolen is lying and defrauding me as a consumer but that don't matter right?
