Once upon a time, I think I was able to access our Assurion policy information. I tried to find a link through the Verizon website. Nothing. I tried chat. No help. The Assurion website has no way to interact unless you are filing a claim. The Assurion phone number has no menu options to allow interaction unless you are filing a claim. How would I find out how many claims have been filed from our family this year? Does such information exist? Or am I losing my mind?
