Why does my device keep asking me to add equipment protection?

upgraded a phone and continued on with total mobile protection plan for the phone but it still requests adding equipment protection to the phone under my account verified that the total Mobile protection plan was in force on that phone. Will it update its self or do I call support.

Congratulations on your new phone! We love when our customer use self service options to manage their account. When purchasing a new device, Total Mobile Protection, should be added onto the order. This will allow the protection plan to carry over once activated. We definitely want your phone to be protection. If you still want us to verify the insurance on the phone, keep us posted.
