***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Account administrator. How do I change the my account password?

I can't seem to find the way to change the administrator password to my account. Yes I am the administrator and i do have the current password

Having the right password for your account is key RONIMP33. We want to ensure you are able to log in as needed. Can you please clarify which password you are looking to update? Are you wanting to change the My Verizon online account password or are you looking to update the billing password/PIN that is used to verify when you call into customer service?
