***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Can't add numbers to blocked list via family base

I can't add numbers to my blocked list in family base. Is the website currently down?  I pay for this feature and should be able to access it. Why isn't it letting me?

StaceySue56, being able to use our account management features is always our goal for our customers. You have our sincerest apologies that this has not been the case for you but we are here to help in way we can to get things working again for your FamilyBase feature. I know that it’s been a couple of days since you contacted us but is the issue still happening? What happens when you try to add a number? Does it give you an error message?
