I was able to log into the app this morning and now all I get is “something went wrong” I’m logging in as parent. Why is this a common problem (based on the threads/questions I’m reading)? Additionally, why aren’t we able to use all of the same features from the app on our laptops?
Now it’s saying my username and password are wrong… seriously? It’s the same as My Verizon login.
