I just tried setting up the companion on my teenager's phone. My app on my phone says we aren't connected. When reopening the Companion app, I get a blank screen with the message "Something went wrong. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." I am unable to uninstall or deactivate his account. I am paying for this service, please help me get this working.
We know being able to utilize Smart Family with your child's line is important, and we'd be glad to help get things sorted out. Based on what's going on, please try uninstalling the companion app and the main app from the phones. Download the Smart Family app to your phone and test it, then get the companion app for the teenagers phone again. *Zaak
None of these worked. Finally got someone with customer support and they weren't able to get it working. I'm waiting a return call from a software engineer I believe.
