Constantly getting message that Verizon Smart Family content filters were removed from my child's phone.

Like the title says, I get this message weekly. Is there a way to fix this or is it basically a worthless service? I think I am paying for it.

tessa67, we always want to ensure all your services are working correctly. It is odd that you are receiving these messages. May we ask how long this has been occurring? Do you get the same message each week at the same time?

I get this message a lot. I don't understand how my kids are able to remove this app and it's access.
