I recently added the Verizon family service. In using the content filter, I have blocked the facebook/instagram apps; however, my child can still access these platforms. Any help is appreciated.

Are they accessing over Wi-Fi or the cellular data connection?

What's the point of this forum if people now get pushed off to social media?  Not everyone does Facebook and twitter.

I believe (but I would suggest checking the FAQs on this) the Content filter on the Smart Family feature only works when the phone is connected to the internet via the Verizon Wireless cellular network. When on your home Wi-Fi, it might not work properly. If you need additional content filters with your home Wi-Fi, you can look into utilizing the content filtering options available with your home router.
