Why can't I set the data limits on one of my lines? I have that line set up in Family Base. I had limits set on it but now they are gone.

Family base is a great feature & we want to ensure it is working properly for you. Did anything change on the one line you are having issues with? A new device or that? What make/model phone is on that line?
