My friend said his phone was shut off for non-payment, when I send him a text, it only says sent. I called his number and he answered and said he must be able to answer using wifi, is that possible?
I can certainly try to provide some clarify on this situation, and provide a possible answer. Depending on the hotline it may only stop certain services, also if they have an iPhone they may be receiving calls through their iCloud still. If neither of these are happening, we'd have to take a deeper look at other options that may be happening.
