My 14 y/o was easily able to go around all restrictions I put in place.  IMO not worth it if your dealing with a tech savvy teen.

Being able to set restrictions on your child’s device is very important and we do want to make sure that your feedback is lifted up if your child was able to bypass this feature.  With regard to the app, how did you have it set up and what restrictions did you have set and what was your child able to bypass.  Also, if you have any information as to how, we would like to make sure that this is lifted up to prevent something like this from happening.   Feedback can also be e-mailed directly to the developers at verizonsmartfamily@verizonwireless.com .

If you read all of the comments you will easily see how a teen bypasses the app. Do you EVER answer any questions?

Instead of berating others, don't give a kid access to Internet devices if you don't trust them. It's not Verizon's job to play parent.
