FAMILY PLAN # SEEMS TO BE BLOCKED FROM CALLING TO OTHER ON PLAN.

I HAVE A NUMBER ON MY FAMILY PLAN THAT SEEMS TO BE BLOCKED FROM BEING ABLE TO CALL OF TEXT MY PHONE...BUT I NEVER BLOCKED THIS NUMBER AND IT DOES NOT SHOW AS BLOCKED PER VERIZON. CALLS GO STRAIGHT TO VM AND NO EMAILS COME THROUGH FROM THAT NUMBER... NO WHAT?
