Family Base DATA

I signed up and then quickly canceled Family Base when I found that I could not set my child's data limit to zero. The default lower limit seems to be 1.0 GB. Is there someway I can set this to zero?

I can see how that can be useful and would be happy to pass along the suggestion. Is the phone on that line a basic phone? Lines with basic phones on them can have a data block placed on the line which would limit that line to zero.

It is not a basic phone. It is an Apple 5s.

That's why. Its a smartphone that has to have data. If you did not want them to use data basic phones are available
