My family base is not showing any incoming or outgoing calls but it is text. It has been doing this for a couple of days. Today it ended up showing a few calls from yesterday but definitely not all of them. Need help solving this issue because doesn't make sense in paying for this it if isn't working. I have a Samsung S10+ I have uninstalled app and reinstalled a few different times and doesn't solve the problem.
