I had family base and I changed my plan. Somehow family base got removed. I put it back on but now I can't see any activity. It has been about a week and no activity. What happened

You may want to verify that the lines you want to monitor are still set as Child Lines. If they are, then are you viewing usage through the website or the FamilyBase app? If the app, then what model is your phone?

I have the app. I have a Android and they have an iphone. But I have looked and the settings are right. It doesn't show up on website either.

I have a SM-G920V 6 same as we had before I just changed plan to unlimited data. They have iPhone 6.
