I'm upset that when we added the HTC M8 to our account for our daughter, that the VZ rep pushed the Companion App so hard that we ended up getting the FamilyBase, only for it to work for less than a month.
VZ, come on now... Instead of asking people what device they have or to follow you on Twitter for updates, give us an answer and/or a solution for the Companion App. It already gets low marks on the Play Store. If you're going to offer this as a service that we have to pay for, please ensure that it works. That ALL of it works. It's not like Marshmallow just came out yesterday. Or last month. Or even this year. Marshmallow was released in August of last year.
