I've been using Verizon's FamilyBase application for the past few years but after the upgrade to version 22.214.171.124 on September 8th, 2017, it stopped working. Based on the comments in the Play Store for this app, lots of people are having a problem. First, it is shocking that they could release an app with such a huge defect and second, the lack of response from Verizon is disappointing.
Come on Verizon, it has been a week now!!!
Michaelm, I depend on this app to function properly. Let’s get this figured out. What happens when you try to use the App? Are getting an error message?
