***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I changed the number one one of the family base phones now it won't show data for the new number, only shows it for the old one

FamilyBase is tied to the number, so that makes sense.  If you go into the "profiles" option, it should allow you to add/remove numbers from family base.
