I have had family base installed on my phone and family base companion on my daughter's phone for a few months now. It has worked flawlessly until three days ago. On my phone it says there has been no activity on my daughter's phone when I know she has been using it. I also cannot lock her phone at all anymore. I have uninstalled the app from both phones and reinstalled them and it still does not work correctly. Any help would be much appreciated!
We want to make sure that you use all features that FamilyBase has to offer. We appreciate all the details provide and your own efforts in gettting this corrected. Let us take a closer look. What type of phone do you and your daughter have? Do you get any error messages when using the app?
