Why on the family base app is there sometimes a call to the same number showing twice at the same time it was called or received?

That is a great question, Miccres59. Have you had this issue multiple times? Does this show on multiple lines or just a specific line?

I've noticed it about a week or so ago. It doesn't happen on all calls or
texts just every now and then. It isn't any specific number either. I can
send you a pic of it. I appreciate the help.
