Gizmo Watch 2 will not end a phone call

Hello, just purchased my son a Gizmo 2 watch and when he makes an outgoing call or receives an incoming call he cannot hang it up. The hang up option does not come up, only calling out and text message appear.

We want to make sure that the operation of the watch is being done correctly. With regard to ending a phone call does the option come up when he presses the call icon? This would automatically go to the end button option if he is on a call already. -Jasper
