I have signed up for the family protector and the correct phones are checked. How do I activate this feature?

We want to make sure you are able to use all your feature. Can you please clarify what you are trying to activate? Are your referring to Family Locator or FamilyBase? Are you trying to locate your devices or keep track of your usage and set limits?
