We certainly want our customers to be able to add and remove features, edownphone. You can cancel Family Base by going to your My Verizon account online. Here are the steps you would follow:
a. From My Verizon, select Manage FamilyBase on the My Services tab.
b. Select the Profile tab, then select Remove FamilyBase.
