How do I limit Data usage?

My family shares 15 gb of data between 5 phones. My daughter uses more than 10 of those some months. Can I set a data limit on each device?

Verizon Family Base is your answer.  Other than that service, you'll need to take the phone away.

Making sure we get the data usage under control is a must. I can definitely relate as I have a 17 year old son who likes to gobble up our data usage. You can also put a warning and cap in the settings of her android phone.

Teach her to limit her data use and set a clear consequence for going over and FOLLOW THROUGH if she does.

Her android lists the apps that are using data.  That information will help her limit her use on certain applications.

Is there no way to do this for free? I spend enough money every month for 5 lines and in order to limit data I need to spend another $5 a month.
