How do I remove "family base" from my account? It doesn't let me block telemarketer numbers from one of our lines.

I'm sorry to hear FamilyBase is not working as you expected on one of your lines! Were you able to follow all steps here: http://vz.to/1lrSs5o and still were unable to block a number on one of the lines? You can always add and remove features any time from My Verizon: http://bit.ly/xB4iTc. Did you know you can add your lines to the National Do Not Call list to stop telemarketer calls?
