How to block my ex from my contacting my phone cuz of verbal abuse

I need help trying to blockmyy ex boyfriend from harassing me and being verbally, mentally, and emotionally abusive and he is cyber bullying me after asking him to stop..

And I have 2 charges against him in the court system for physical abuse
