If I use a wirless home phone T2000. Can I restrict all calls but 911?

I need a phone at a community pool. I want to restrict all calls but 911. Can I do that?

MIKECAMLOH, it's important to us that you have the answers you need when it comes to our services. I welcome the opportunity to address your restricted calls inquiry. It isn't possible to restrict all calls while only allowing the capability to make or receive calls from 911. When it comes to placing an inbound or outbound call restriction feature on a line, it's all or nothing. As such, if we were to block all outbound calls, calls to 911 would also be blocked.
