I have three children and would like to start Verizon Smart Family. Is the $9.99/month fee for each phone? Or per family/account? I only have 1 account but have a total of 4 phones.

JULKUN27, Only one line would need to have the $9.99 Smart Family feature, while the other lines would need the companion application installed on their devices.
