Family base isnt working on my daughters phone, but yet it does on my sons. They have exact same phones, gotten same day. It says no activity all day, but ive watched her text and i called her twice. Please help

I would ensure the FamilyBase app is still installed on the end user phone. She might have removed it.
I would also try checking in your FamilyBase controls in MyVerizon to ensure her phone is registering correctly on the FamilyBase feature.
