I installed Verizon smart family on my daughter's new phone. I am using a Motorola X4 and the smart family app on her phone and mine. I have logged into the app and cannot find any text activity even though I've sent at least five text messages. How often are text messages refreshed on this app so I can see them and how long does that take?

I want to make sure you have all the tools you need to monitor usage on your daughter's phone. May I ask when the text messages were sent? Have any messages appeared since then? Are you using a third party texting app, or the app that came with the device? This information will help us pinpoint the problem, and resolve your concerns.
