Pairing with iPad not working--Need Content Filter Desperately!

I have successfully installed Family Base on my daughter's iPhone to control content and time restrictions. However, when I try to "pair" her iPad, it says it is sending the pairing text but nothing happens. I have repeated several times and get nothing. She is on restriction, but I can't enforce it if I can't lock down her social media on her iPad. Can you help?

Please clarify if the IPad is an active line on your account? If so, can you please provide the current software version the IPad has?
