My Verizon phone is provided by my employer. I just got a Verizon post-pay plan for my son, so i could use the Familybase features. Since there is only one phone on that account, it will not let me set his phone as child, which is limiting the features that i can use, like usage monitoring. Please tell me there is a workaround for this.

I am a mother myself and I know how important it is to make sure we monitor our kids usage. You should be able to manage your parent line. I have Family Base myself and I am able to put a restriction on my line which is the Parent line. Check out this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/how-to-use-familybase/ and keep me posted.

I've been through the "how-to-use" page and I am able to "manage" the
parent line, limiting time of use and who he can call, but it will not let
me monitor, seeing who he calls and texts. It tells me that I can't
because it is the parent line.
