Recently added a phone line and Family Safeguard. It incorrectly populated the new phone as the Parent. I'm unable to set the number to Child as it does not allow 2 roles to one line. It will not allow me to uncheck the Parent. Where to do I go to establish the Parent line (original number)?
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Family Safeguards. Once, the parent role has been established the only way you can update it is by contact Customer Service at 800-922-0204.
