Has anyone actually figured this out? I have the same issue. Both of my sons have the same exact LG Cosmos. Usage Controls work fine on one phone, and simply say "pending" on the other. Verizon tech support was unable to solve this after an hour on the phone with them. I'm actually paying for this service. What a total disappointment. I will be cancelling many of my plan's features on Monday.
