Problem setting familybase data usage limits

I am having a problem setting FamilyBase data usage limits. I was able to set it successfully for my own phone, but when I try to set it for my son's phone it says Usage Allowances Update Failed.

His phone is powered off as the instructions say. Help?

log out and log back in to your account and try again

Thanks for trying the instructions, iowalongs. Were you able to try the suggestion from zellerandy to resolve the allowance update to go through? If not, try also clearing your browser's cache and temporary internet files or even a different browser to allow the update. Also, when logged into www.vzw.com/familybase as the account owner, go to the Profiles tab and make sure his line is set as a Child line. If not, select the Edit Parent/Child Roles link at the bottom.
