I recently signed up for Safe Family and am having issues with my kids phones not connecting to the internet with the VPN on. Its happening on both my kids iPhones. I have tried resetting the network connections and it still won't work. This doesn't work on cellular data or wifi. Any tips on getting it to work?
Making sure that your Smart Family works correctly is important, and I would be more than happy to help you get down to the bottom of this. Have you tried uninstalling the child app on both of the kids phone, as well as the parent app? If not, I would definitely recommend giving this a try. AlfredoR_VZW
