I have enrolled my account in the Verizon Smart Family premium account. However, when I log in to the app on my cell phone, there are no other family members in my account and I can't add or access my wife or kids. When my wife installed the app and logged in, she was able to see everyone without problem. What is going on? I have reset my phone, reinstalled the app, logged in and out of the app, and still I can't see any of my family on the Verizon Smart Family app. Can anyone help me?
Jtuchman, we understand the importance of being able to monitor your family's activity using the Smart Family App. To clarify, are you logging in with a parent line? Does your child have the companion app installed on their device?
