I am having these same issues. This app is new to me, as we were having an issue with our teenager sneaking out at night... so I downloaded it & now pay $10/month for this service!!
I have his time limit set during the week to cut off between 11pm-6am. So because I gave him a time limit - you are saying during those times the location service is not accurate??... How does that make this app & PAID service worth it??
The other night it alerted me that he was 3-4 miles down the road... so what did I do?? I freaked out & went to find him!! My cars were still in the drive way & he was asleep in his bed....
Please please please fix this issue or this service is not worth anything!...
