Smart Family Not Blocking All Texts

My daughter has exceed her text limit for the month. She is still receiving one spam text a day. One from an email and one from a phone number. They are not in her trusted contacts. She has an LG flip phone, so she does not have iMessenger or other messaging apps on her phone.

johnc1997, as a parent I now how vital it is for the Smart Family blocks to work. We will be pleased to help you. Does the parent phone and the child phone have the latest software? What is the make/model of the parent phone and the child phone?
