Does any one have any issues with the smart family app?
I have had nothing but issues since we got it. I am always being notified that either location, content isn't working or If i block games, my kids can still access their games. I have notified verizon several times and I have gotten no where. I have removed stuff off my phone, removed and redownoaded the app. I don't know what else to do, but if it is not going to work properly I'm going to toss it. Hate paying for something that doesn't work!
