If parent and child phones are in different time zones, when is the phone disabled? Is it during the set hours in the parent's time zone? I am experiencing some issues and not sure if this is the cause.
Making sure you have access to the right features when you need them is essential and we can understand wanting to make sure everything is working the way that it should be.
