Smart family fails

I thought the smart family app was a app that parents could use to block certain contents from their children phone. My child is on punishment and everything on her phone is suppose to be restricted and the internet has even been paused. The only thing she is suppose to be able to do is contact the trusted contacts listed but she’s still able to get on social media. I don’t understand you pay for an app but it don’t do what it is suppose to.

Alucia,

As a mother, I totally understand the importance of enforcing punishment to teach our kids a lesson. Verizon Smart Family is a service that gives you parental controls to help manage your kids' smartphone. You can filter content accessibility and web activity. Here are the steps on how to manage Verizon Smart Family:

Are you able to access the dashboard for this application to ensure that you have restricted access on that device?
