I received a text saying “VZW Smart Family Msg: You have reached your monthly data limit for this cycle and data use may no longer be allowed.”
Yet, i checked and i have plenty of data remaining. I went to check the controls to see if there was a limit set on my phone (like i have for my kids), and i can’t access it. When I try to access Controls, it reads “Somethingn went wrong. Please try again.”
Help?
Forgot to mention that my phone software is up to date and the family app is up to date
