I installed the Smart Family app and signed up for the service this morning and when I try to login to the app it gives the message: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."

 

I'm not interested in trying again later for a paid service. What's going on?

That is definitely not the experience we want you to have with Smart Family and we would like to help. Please tell us, did you try clearing cookies and opening the app using Chrome? Check the steps in the link below:
