I just added restrictions to a phone. Not able to make a phone call works but texting during the restricted time is still happening.....can someone tell me why that is?
Thanks for reaching out. Let's look into this. What device did you put the restrictions on? Are they using the native texting application? Or a 3rd party text messaging application?
