Two identical iPhone6's - cannot get one set up with FamilyBase alerts

Both kids and I have iPhone 6. I receive alerts for my son's phone for # of texts during school/night hours, but I do not get anything for my daughter's line. FamilyBase prompts me to install the app on her phone - but when I send that text and tap the link, it says "phone not supported." I know iPhone/FamilyBase support is limited but I just want the same info that I'm getting on my son's line. I don't recall having to do anything to my son's phone to have access to the data.

We are here to help you. As a parent, I understand wanting to be able to use the FamilyBase feature. At this time, the companion app is not available for the iPhone.
