If a person has the Usage Control set up for number blocking I read they wont receive notification that they had a missed call or message but I want to know if the person who has this feature activated on their phone will also not receive notification that their call and or messages wont go through.
If usage controls are activated, the person using the phone will get a message stating that the service is blocked. However, even if it didn't have this message, they'd figure it out when they try to call somebody and it doesn't go through, or they send text messages and never get a response.
As for missed incoming messages, they won't get notification. In fact, I just tried it. If the restrictions are in place, the caller gets a message stating that there are calling restrictions in place and can't even leave a voice mail message. I haven't checked text messages.
