It would be really nice if we could have unlimited blocked numbers and/ or restrict incoming and outgoing calls and text messages to trusted contacts only. Would also be nice to have unlimited trusted contacts.

The more detail you can share, the better we can understand what could be causing the error you shared in your screenshot. When did this error first come up? Are you using other aspects of Verizon Smart Family and, if so, how are those aspects working? Are you having any other app issues? Have you checked for updates to the Verizon Smart Family app?
